Integrations, Including Connectors

The Integrations section of the Tools app includes a list and details of the connectors that Tendo uses to connect its apps and platform to customer healthcare organizations' systems, with their names, details, connector IDs and endpoints.

You can add, edit, duplicate, and delete connectors in this section.



Adding a Connector

To add a connector, click on the blue + Add button. An Add Connector modal will display on which you can input information about the connector:

Name - This must be a unique name and should not have any spaces between the words.

Endpoint - The endpoint should include the Tendo system The endpoint should include the Tendo system url/customer/customerName/systemName/ConnectorName. Here is an example for the CancelAppointment connector:

https://iris01.cic.tendo.com/customer/exponential/Athena/CancelAppointment

Click Add. The new connector will appear in the list of Connectors. You can click on it, and see the information you added about it in the detail view to the right of the list.


Editing a Connector

To edit a connector, click the connector in the list, and then on the ... dropdown menu on the upper right corner of its detail view and select Edit. Make changes you want to make in the Edit Connector modal that displays.


You can edit the name and endpoint, but not the Connector ID. Make the changes you want, and click Save.

Duplicating a Connector

To duplicate a connector, click on the ... dropdown menu on the upper right corner and select Duplicate. A modal will display in on which you can click Duplicate to confirm.

The duplicate will appear in the connector list with the name of the original connector and (copy).

Click on the copy, and select Edit from the ... dropdown menu on the right of the connector's detail view.


Deleting a Connector

To delete a connector, click on the … dropdown menu on the upper right corner and select Delete. A warning screen will appear letting you know that you are about to delete the connector. If you still want to proceed, click Delete.
