Service Accounts

To view and manage Tendo’s service accounts, log in to Atrium as an admin. Click on the main dropdown menu in the top left corner and select Tools. Click on Access on the left navigation bar.

Viewing Service Accounts Details

Click on the Service Accounts tab at the top of the page. You can see a list of existing service accounts in the tenant environment that you are in. You can search for a service account in the top search bar, or browse the list to find the one you want.

Click on an individual service account to see detailed information about it to the right.

Click the Details tab to see basic information about the service account - name, description, email, and creation date.

Editing a Service Account

Click on the … button on the upper right in the detail view, and select Edit.


A modal displays in which you can edit the Name, Email, and Description of the Service Account. Click Save.


Deactivating a Service Account

To deactivate a service account, click on the ... dropdown menu at the upper right in the account's detail view and select Deactivate.
