In the Outreach app, you can conduct a clinical review of patients who have been included in the audience for an outreach messaging campaign to determine whether it is appropriate for each patient to receive the campaign’s message or messages.

  1. Add patients to a campaign audience from a configured report
  2. Review the list of patients in the audience
  3. Review individual patients' records to decide whether to keep them on the list
  4. Add a patient who displays in a report to a segment
  5. Remove from an audience list patients who you don’t want to receive campaign messages
