Adding Customer Branding
As an admin, you can add a customer healthcare organization's branding to Patient Care Journey app screens. This branding displays where it enhances patients' understanding of their healthcare organization's brand without distracting patients from the tasks in the app.
Customer branding is optional depending on whether the healthcare organization wants to incorporate it, but helps patients understand that there is a relationship between their healthcare organization and Tendo.
Examples of places where branding can appear in the Patient Care Journey app:
- At the top of the Home screen, with the subhead Powered by Tendo.
- On screens with provider lists. A small customer logo is added to the lower right of each provider avatar to help users associate a provider with the healthcare system that the provider is a part of.
- Throughout the appointment workflow on each screen where there is a provider avatar, a small customer logomark appears on the lower right of the avatar. The same logomark appears on provider profiles in the app.
- On screens where there are customer consent forms and customer-generated medical questionnaires.
- In emails to patients.
Customers can opt to add their logomark (a small logo symbol) and their logotype (a larger logo that includes both a symbol and text) or to add just one or the other.
To add customer branding:
Step 1 - Acquire from the healthcare organization's logomark in size 200 x 200 px, JPEG, JPG, PNG or SVG formats, and a maximum file size of 1 megabytes, and/or their logotype in a maximum file size of 104 x 24 px in SVG format.
Step 2 - In Admin, log in to the healthcare organization's tenant and navigate on the left navigation bar to Branding.
Upload the logomark and/or logotype by dropping your logomark and logotype files in the designated spaces, or clicking browse to locate the logomark and/or logotype on your computer, and uploading it.
If you’re not sure exactly what to upload where, click on the View Example links to see logomark and logotype examples in modals that pops up.
