Dashboard Catalog List Page

The initial page in the Dashboard feature is the catalog list page. In this example in Outreach, it can be accessed by clicking on Dashboards on the left main navigation bar. This list displays all dashboards that users have created or have access to for this app. Note that just above the Dashboards on the navigation bar is Reports. Since dashboards are based on reports, you may need to refer to the reports.

The list shows the following information:

• Dashboard Name
• Owner - The person who created the dashboard
• Description - The theme of the dashboard
• Last Modified - Based on the last updated date on the record

Each row represents a dashboard that you can access by clicking its name. You also can perform the following actions by clicking on the … button on the right of each row, and selecting one of the following:

Rename - A modal will appear on which you can input a new name that you want the dashboard to have.

• Copy - You can copy and rename a dashboard, then modify it for new purposes. If you don’t rename it, it retains the original dashboard’s name with the word Copy added. When you click on Copy, the Create Dashboard modal appears with the name of the dashboard you are copying, and the word (Copy) after it. You can change the name.

• Delete

You can delete a dashboard by selecting the Delete action.
