Using Reports in QDI

QDI provides reporting capabilities for CDI professionals to keep track of their team’s productivity as well as see trends such as the most missed conditions. Some reports can be provided out-of-the-box. Additional reports can be configured.

QDI Reporting Roles and Permissions

The standard role for QDI reports, CDI Manager, has permission to view reports. You must be assigned this role to view QDI reports. A CDI Manager also can do the same tasks that CDI Specialists can do. Contact your IT admin, who can work with Tendo Customer Engagement to get this role assigned to you.

A custom role also can be configured and assigned to your user if your specific use case is not covered by the CDI Manager role. Contact your IT admin, who again will work with Tendo Customer Engagement to work on this option.

Your IT Admin also will provide you with the login credentials and url for QDI.

When you log in, you will be brought to the Cases page in QDI.

Select the Reports tab from the left main navigation bar.
