In the Insights Explorer app, you can review and report on your hospital system’s care quality trends, and on how well the facilities and providers are doing in identifying specific patient comorbidity conditions in patient charts.
The dashboard charts display:
- Summary of Comorbidity Opportunities (for Hospital and Facility Admins Only)
The percentage of the comorbidity condition that is missing from patient charts compared with the percentage of the comorbidity condition that is present in the patient charts.
- Comorbidity Opportunities by Specialty (Hospital and Facility Admins Only)
The percentage of a comorbidity condition that might be missing from patient charts, segmented by US News Specialty.
- Provider Scorecard (for Hospital and Facility Admins, and Providers)
For a specific provider, a chart displays the percentage of times that the comorbidity condition is missing from patient charts compared with the percentage that the condition is present. Additionally, a table displays the specific numbers behind the percentages.
