Reports in Provider

The Reports section of the Provider app provides a convenient way for users to monitor and manage care delivery using Tendo’s communications system, which includes the Messages sections of Tendo’s Provider and Patient Care Journey apps.

Users can use Reports in the Provider app to understand usage, performance, lifecycle management, and efficiency in using Tendo’s communications system.

To see reports, click on the Reports tab in the Provider app. All users have access to this tab.

A set of standard reports are provided to Tendo communications users:

  • New Messages - 24 Hours - Count of new communication cases created that day.
  • Closed Messages - 24 Hours - Count of communication case assignments per user in the Organization team.
  • Urgent and Unassigned - Count of communication cases marked urgent but not assigned.

These reports enable you to see analytical data about messages received and managed so that you can see how efficient and effective your organization is in communicating with patients.

To view a report, click on its name. For example, in this report, you can see the dates each message thread was created and closed, its category, its status, the patient's name, and the primary identifier for the case.

To drill down into an individual patient record, click on the patient's name in the Name column.

Report Functions

Show/Hide Filters

When you click on the Show/hide Filters icon, a search row appears across the top of the columns. Input input an item in a column in this row, and the view will filter for it. In the example below, the name of a patient, Gerard, has been input so that the view filters for that patient.

Show/hide Columns

Creating Custom Reports

Users with the correct roles and permissions can build and configure custom reports to see unique views of performance and care delivery with the Tendo communications system.

Reports can be saved, so they aren’t lost.

You can create custom reports by clicking on the + Create Report on the list view. A Create Report modal displays in which you can input the name, description and Tendo object upon which you want to base your report. The Tendo Object Model is Tendo's underlying data model. Each Tendo object has particular fields that appear as columns in one or more Tendo apps and on a report when it is configured. You can choose an object from the Primary Object dropdown menu.
